What to Expect

Sessions usually take place on the mat, allowing for full-body support, assisted movement, and grounded contact. Table work is available when appropriate or preferred.

As appropriate, sessions may incorporate additional tools such as cups, hot stones, percussion tools, or other supportive methods. These are used selectively and in service of the work—not as add-ons, but when they meaningfully support comfort, release, or integration.

The pace is attentive and responsive. Pressure is adjusted moment to moment, and the work is shaped by how your body responds rather than by a fixed routine.
